We introduce some problems that webbing often encounters in the production process, and have corresponding solutions and preventive measures:

First, the bend

Reason for formation:

1. The unevenness of the steel buckle is worn. 2. The yarn on the pan head is not flat. 3. The position of the steel buckle is wrong. 4. The yarn joining method is wrong.

Precaution:

1, the steel buckle wearing method must be according to the formal wear method, 1 group or 2 groups wear the law. 2. Reason for formation:

Precaution:

1. Use standard steel buckles and wear them in groups of 1 or 2. 2, according to the width of the ribbon, then choose the steel buckle to wear. 3. Change the middle and the sides of the yarn for a few, or pull the middle to loosen some. 4, according to the weaving practice needs to pick up, balance the number of presses and the number of pressure average.

Third, the needle is not good

Reason for formation:

1. Weft yarn thickness is uneven: 2. The knitting needle is not right, too long or too short. 3. The pan head is not normal, sometimes tight and sometimes loose. 4. The weft wheel is not round enough and has been deformed. 5, the knitting needle fixed Xuan wear.

Precaution:

1. Change another weft yarn. 2. The knitting needle is long and short according to the thickness of the webbing. Generally speaking, the length of the knitting needle just retreats the weft yarn. 3. Fix the two sides of the pan head firmly, do not let the pan head rest on the iron frame on both sides. 4. Change the new weft wheel 5. Change the fixed rod or go to the processing.

Fourth, raising hair

Reason for formation:

Precaution:

1. The needle plate takes a long time and is damaged. Changed the new needle plate; the needle has been damaged, replaced the new needle; the pressure plate is pressed too tightly, and the pressure plate is relaxed; the weft is not finished, the weft needle and the needle are adjusted, so that the weft can be hung.

2. The weft yarn is hung on the steel buckle, and the weft yarn is placed in the weft yarn rod; the steel buckle is damaged, and another steel buckle is replaced; the raw material itself has hair, if it is partially raised, the hair is replaced, if too much hair is raised, finished After the goods, do a full inspection tape.

Reason for formation:

Reason for formation:

Precaution:

Seven, jump stitch

Reason for formation:

1. The needle bar is not blocked. 2. The position of the weft needle and the knitting needle is not good.

Precaution:

1. Locating the needle bar position by the knitting needle 2. Aligning the weft needle and weaving for the good position, so that the weft yarn can all be hung up.

Eight, easy to dirty belt treatment

Reason for formation:

1. The brown silk piece is too dirty. 2. All the belts are too dirty. 3. All the places where the yarn passes are not clean enough.

Precaution:

Nine, both sides of the wave

Reason for formation:
